Home health care agencies eligible for Medicare funding are monitored by the agency and measured for the quality of services performed.

Available for public viewing at www.medicare.gov/HHCompare/, these measures provide information about patients’ physical and mental health, and whether their ability to perform basic daily activities is maintained or improved.
