Q: What insurances do you accept?
A: We accept most insurances.  Since our list of accepted insurances does change, please call 203-859-6070 to confirm whether we accept your patient's insurance carrier.

Q: What areas of Connecticut do you service?
A: We provide service to patients in Greater New Haven and surrounding towns, including the lower Naugatuck Valley, Milford, Stratford, Meriden, and the shoreline.  Refer to the "Areas We Serve" link to see a full list of towns served in New Haven, Middlesex, and Fairfield counties.  Please feel free to call 203-859-6070 with any questions.

Q: How soon can you visit a patient?
A: The patient's visit will be scheduled per physician's orders, often within the first 24 hours of referral.

Q: Do you administer medications?
A: Yes, we do administer medications for qualifying patients.  For more information, please call 203-859-6070.

Q: Do you evaluate a patient in the home?
A: Yes, we will evaluate a patient in the home and will provide a home safety evaluation as part of the care.

Q: What specialty home health care services do you offer?
A: Our specialty home health services include telemonitoring, cardiac care, wound care, joint replacement therapy, IV therapy, and palliative/oncology care.  For more information on any of our specialty services, please call 203-859-6070.

Q: Do you offer flu shots?
A: Yes.  If the patient is already under our care, we will provide a flu shot in the home.  We do offer public and private flu shots as well.  For more information, please call 203-859-6051.

Q: What if the patient has no insurance?
A: As a non-profit home health agency, we try to support patients who may not have insurance.  Cases are evaluated on a per-case basis.  Please call 203-859-6070 to discuss.
