CareSource provides personalized private duty care at home, or in the hospital, nursing home, school or other residential setting.
CareSource patients receive free nursing assessments and a customized care plan.
All CareSource employees are bonded and insured, and each caregiver is carefully screened, including background reference checks. Our caregivers must pass thorough skills competency testing. They are closely supervised and participate in ongoing education programs.
Private duty care is available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week on an hourly, shift, live-in or fee-for-service basis.
Private Duty Nursing:
- Short-term nursing care following an illness, injury or hospitalization
- Long-term care for chronic conditions or geriatric care
- High-tech nursing care for patients with complex medical needs such as tracheotomy, tube feeding, intravenous therapy and mechanical ventilators
Geriatric Care Management:
- Comprehensive assessment and counseling for short- and long-term care planning
Respite Care for the Caregiver:
- Vacation
- Holidays
- Family gatherings
- Regular break from caregiving
Personal Care Attendants:
Certified nurse’s aides and Home Health Aid provide hands-on personal care including:
- Dressing
- Bathing and toileting assistance
- Medication management
- Light housework
Homemaker/Companion:
- Light housekeeping
- Escorts/companionship
- Meal preparation
- Errands/shopping/medical appointments
