VNA/SCC meets all state and federal requirements and is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), a subsidiary of the National League for Nursing. VNA/SCC is qualified to provide care for patients covered by Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party payers.
Comprised of original New Haven, Milford and Valley VNAs of Connecticut, the VNA/SCC offers comprehensive services and programs in New Haven, Fairfield and Middlesex counties.
