The Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut raises funds to provide a broad range of patient care, support services, and community benefit initiatives to safeguard the health to all members of the community in need, without regard for the ability to pay.
As a non-profit organization, we rely on the support of individuals and businesses to help us continue these charity care services.
